• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

• Perishable or intimate items are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method or mobile banking.

3. Exchange

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, we’ll exchange it at no extra cost.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
